What should I wear?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in as long as it doesn’t significantly restrict movement or comes off when upside down (applicable to those who learn handstands and handstand press-ups). 

If it’s a cold day, bring some additional layers with you.

Please bring some water with you, our coaches will take care of the rest.

Please refer to the Park Finder sidebar on the home page and click into the park you have chosen. At the bottom of the page, you will find details of where to meet your Coach.

Sessions are 1 hour long and cost £20.

All payments are cash in hand.

If you are new to calisthenics start with our ‘Calisthenics Hypertrophy’ class to brush up on those basics. 

If you feel as though you can crush our basic requirements of:

  • 20 push-ups
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 10 dips
  • 10 hanging knee raises
  • 25 squats

Then go ahead and set your sights on some skills.

Unfortunately, our classes are a weather-dependent activity. Classes are subject to cancellation at the discretion of our instructors.

If we decide to cancel the class ahead of time we will email you with at least 1 hour’s notice.

We will always try to run sessions where possible, unless you hear from us, please assume the session is going ahead.

All sessions are run with the capability of accommodating 3 participants at a time. Some sessions may result in 1-2-1 whilst others may have all 3 places taken.

Yes and no. Whilst covering the basics within calisthenics hypertrophy, the overlap of material taught from our coaches will be similar, though differences will still be present based on their personal experiences.

Feel free to book classes with a variety of our coaches before you decide who you’d like to continue with. Once you’ve decided, you can book sessions with them directly through their profile page.

Sessions start running from May and will continue until September/October.
