Hey, I’m Tim! I’m relatively new to calisthenics but have been active pretty much all of my life doing various forms of exercise. Calisthenics has been one of the very few that I’ve come to love and enjoy and has kept me more consistent in my training than anything I’ve done before.
While I’m still learning many of the more intermediate/advanced skills, i have a strong foundation in training the basics and coming up with creative and various progressions to help keep me moving forward.
I’ve found a natural talent for pistol squats (and other one-legged variants) and balance in general and I am keen to share that experience and knowledge with others.
