I’ve been training calisthenics now for almost 3 years, I love the community and the effects it has had on my body and mind.
Calisthenics has great carryover for so many aspects of my life, I have no doubt I will train it until the wheels fall off.
My favourite exercises are muscle-ups and push-up variations.
I love to spread knowledge and advice to other people who appreciate calisthenics, no matter where you are at, there is always a great workout to try!
